The Bengaluru airport has embedded another gem to its cap. The Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) has received two major awards at the Wings India Awards 2022. Its customer-centric approach, smart innovations, and implementation of cutting-edge technology have led it to win the prestigious title. The airport was named “Best Airport” in the general category, as well as it has won the “Aviation Innovation” award.
Wings India Awards 2022: criteria to win the award
This award is one of the most well-known in the industry, and it is given after an evaluation of customer service, facilities, and innovations. Minister of Civil Aviation Jyotiraditya Scindia presented the awards in Hyderabad in the presence of top MoCA officials, industry executives, and stakeholders.
