Happiness is a choice. Also, it is free of cost. Still, 80% of people around us are not happy or satisfied with their life. People have become so busy in their everyday life that they have forgotten the value of happiness. Unfortunately, schools, colleges, education systems, training or development organizations are not assisting people in creating happiness, because they are primarily concerned with making money. In defense of it, Four professionals have come up and started India’s first start-up dedicated to ‘manufacture happiness’. These professionals have named their team “ The Happy Tribe”. The Happy Tribe is making people learn the habit of happiness with their innovation. The primary objective of the initiative is to increase the happiness index of our country. Along with it, the happy tribe wants to spread a smile per person.
Nurturing happiness since 2020
Jamshedpur-based motivational speaker and entrepreneur Santosh Sharma first started The Happy Tribe in early 2020. He has achieved this with the help of three others. It claims to have assisted over 1,000 professionals, entrepreneurs, industrialists, and students since its founding.
They are ‘manufacturing or cooking happiness,’ according to Sharma. The Happy Tribe ‘toolkit’ has natural and scientific tools like — mental, emotional, biological, and psychological. The main objective of the initiative is to increase the happiness quotient among people.
To spread happiness
“India ranks 139 out of 149 countries in the UN Happiness Index”, says Sharma. He has trained more than 150 CEOs, 1,000 professionals, and 150 entrepreneurs to live happy life. “There are certain variables that give us happiness. If these variables are used in proper proportion and order, then we can manufacture happiness,” he added.
