School girls took part in a cleaning campaign at the famous Mughal gardens of Nishat and Shalimar Bagh in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir.

The goal of the drive was to teach students about the importance of these heritage gardens, which attract visitors from all over the world each year. The drive was organised in partnership with the Department of Floriculture and the Department of Education.

Many girls from various schools participated enthusiastically in this initiative while adhering to COVID guidelines. They gathered garbage and other waste from various locations.
