Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin announced a special skill-enhancing program for the youth. The program named, "Naan Mudhalvan" (I am first) is a skill-building program aimed at improving the education, knowledge, talent, and efficiency of 10 lakh TN youngsters each year.
