Sreejesh received the most votes.

On “TheWorldGames.org,” a global fan vote was held. He came out on top of a 24-strong nomination list by a long shot. His total of 1,27,647 votes was nearly double that of the second-placed athlete, Albert Gines Lopez of Spain. Lopez received a total of 67,428 votes.

The World Games are a multi-sport event held every four years by the “International World Games Association,” with assistance from the International Olympic Committee. The games will take place over the course of 11 days and will feature more than 30 sports.

He is a member of the Uttar Pradesh Wizards of the Hockey India League. He was an important part of the Indian national team’s bronze medal performance in the men’s field hockey competition at the 2020 Summer Olympics. In 2020–21, he earned the FIH Player of the Year Award for best male goalkeeper.
