Introduction
To achieve a common goal, when a group of people works together, it is referred to as teamwork. Teamwork, in every field, is a necessary attribute for attaining success as it, by bringing more minds together, divides the work among several people thus increasing the chance of success. It sharpens a sense of dependency, boundness, and obligation which are also important to lead a healthy social life as we all are a part of a society and teamwork teaches us to behave like one. It teaches you to communicate and share your thoughts and belongings and your assets with others promoting a sense of commitment and a sense of accountability. Teamwork in Sports: –
When we talk about teamwork or team, the first sector that comes to our mind is sports. In sports, correct team building is the most important factor to make sure that the coordination among the teammates is appropriate as it majorly affects the performance of the teams. By dividing work among teammates, the stress is reduced and in turn, they get to work on small portions of the load making it faster and better.

Building personal relations: It is not untrue that working individually is rewarding but working as a team helps us to build personal relations. Also, working as a group promotes conversation which leads to improvement of quality of work.

Sharing personal experiences: To be able to share everything good or bad you have experienced in life with people who belong to the same field and might have faced the same in their lives is a great feeling. When you work as a team you get to learn from the experiences of your teammates and can view the same things from a different perspective.
Common love for physical activities: If you are a sportsperson, you would be interested in other physical activities. Having your teammates play other sports is a fruitful experience after all the training.
Profoundness of creativity: More the number of heads, the greater the creativity. So, working as a team improves the quality of work and thus results more on the positive side.
Growth in resilience: Having your teammates around to boost your confidence when you fall short at it will make you grow resilient toward any crisis and helps you deal with it in a way that is easier when done alone.
