Why JEE dates has been rescheduled ?
The Class XII Board exams begin on April 26, and the JEE (Main) examinations are scheduled to take place between April 21 and May 4, 2022. Session I will now take place from June 20 to June 29, 2022, as per the altered timetable. Session II, which was supposed to take place between May 24 and 29, 2022, will now take place between July 21 and July 30, 2022.
While registration for Session I is already closed, NTA noted that registration dates for Session II would be released soon. Students take the JEE (Main), a multi-session computer-based test, to get admission to top engineering schools as well as to gain eligibility to take the JEE (Advanced), the entrance exam for Indian Institutes of Technology.
