Woman Commandos Highlights:
- CRPF has prepared a special force of women for the security of Z+ category VVIPs
- Its first team consisted of 32 women commandos for VVIPs security
- The commandos can be posted on duty in January

The security of Z+ category VVIPs including Home Minister Amit Shah will now be handled by women commandos of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF). CRPF has prepared a special force of women for this. It can neutralize any threat without weapons.
32 women commandos for VVIPs security
The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) has prepared its first team consisting of 32 women commandos for VVIPs security. Now, these commandos will be entrusted with the security of those VVIPs residing in Delhi who have been given Z+ security.
Responsibility of these VVIPs
Initially, women commandos will be deployed with Amit Shah, Sonia Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, Rahul Gandhi, and former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and his wife Gursharan Kaur. Due to the high-risk profile of these VIPs, they have been provided with advanced security. A dozen other VVIPs with Z+ security will also be given the responsibility of protecting this women’s commando team.

According to sources, these women commandos have completed their 10-week training. In this training, the commandos were taught to perform VVIPs security duties, fight without weapons, search the body, and fire special weapons. The commandos can be posted on duty in January.
This will be the responsibility
Women commandos will be deployed as part of the home guarding team of these VVIPs. If needed, these commandos will accompany these personalities in the rallies of the assembly elections to be held in five states.
These commandos will check the women visitors visiting the homes of these celebrities and will be a part of the complete security of the homes of the celebrities during the visits. Like the male commandos, women will also carry weapons, safety equipment, and other gadgets that will be necessary for security.
