Ambassador of India to Tajikistan Viraj Singh.

The hospital was renovated by the Indian government and reopened in October 2014 as a result of a memorandum of understanding signed between the two countries in January 2013.

“Based on technical support and financial assistance from the Government of India, this fully-fledged 50-bed hospital has provided free-of-charge valuable medical services to the Armed Forces and civilian population of Tajikistan for the last 8 years,” the Embassy stated.
