Google is rolling out an Air Raid Alerts system on Android phones in Ukraine. This system will enhance Ukraine’s existing air raid warning systems and will be based on information provided by the government.

- At the request and with the support of the Ukrainian government, Google started rolling out the Air Raid Alerts system for all Android phones users in Ukraine.
- Google has also declared that some Russian state-funded media sources will have their recommendations reduced globally.
- The Play Store in Europe has deleted all Russian state-funded media outlets’ apps.
- Google has banned all payment-based YouTube services in Russia, including YouTube Premium, Super Chat, Channel Memberships, and Merchandise, as well as the Google Play Store. In Russia, the corporation has already halted all forms of advertising.
