Moving far beyond traditional conversational chatbots that simply generate text or answer basic questions, Muse is designed as an action-oriented agentic AI. Currently rolled out exclusively to users in the United States, the service operates through a standalone application as well as WhatsApp, with future plans to integrate the system directly into Meta’s line of smart glasses.
