How much water does the human body contain?

It is just as crucial to drink clean water as it is to eat nutritious meals to keep one’s body healthy. Water makes up 65 to 70% of our body. Water is not only a necessary requirement for our bodies, but it also aids in the maintenance of energy levels. People grow dehydrated and weak as the amount of water available decreases.

What causes a deficiency of water in the body?

The body needs extra water when the temperature is high. There is a lack of water in the body as a result of frequent sweating, going to the toilet, or consuming less water while working. If a fever or loose motions appear in such a circumstance, the body becomes severely dehydrated. Because of these factors, when there is a lack of water in the body, the symptoms begin to appear ahead of time. The body can be kept fit in such a condition by taking certain precautions.

Tulsi – Elements of Tulsi are readily available in the market these days; in this case, mix two drops of Tulsi in a cup of water and drink it twice a day. This also helps to alleviate dehydration.
Sugarcane juice Mix sugarcane juice with water to dilute it. Then drink it three times a day.

Giloy juice – Giloy juice will be readily accessible in the market; mix it with an equal amount of water and consume it once a day. Giloy helps to keep the digestive tract in good shape and prevents dehydration.
