Introduction
The Ministry of Education is in charge of control over the entire education system and other allied areas in India. Since education forms a vital background for the development of every country, the Ministry of Education is one of the most important running organizations in India. It takes up matters concerning the flow of education among all the sections of society and forms a framework for the important decisions that are taken daily about the field of education and areas related to it. One of the most prominent decisions is the announcement of the start of a course called Aarambhika that aims to promote the learning of the language Hindi among the people and especially among the young population of India.
What Is Aarambhika?
The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) has recently announced that a new course called the Aarambhika course is expected to be released during the inaugural session of the World Hindi Conference, which was supposedly held in Fiji from 15th February to 17th February 8n the year 2023.
NIOS is an autonomous institution that runs under the guidance of the Ministry of Education section of the Government of India. This organization offers academic, vocational, and life enrichment courses through different mediums of open and distance learning techniques to provide knowledge to the people and especially the
students.
According to the reports, NIOS has stated that the introduction of the course Aarambhika is expected to be extremely beneficial for all the students who want to learn Hindi
and whose first language or mother tongue is some language other than Hindi. This step is going to be a positive side for all those students who are interested in learning about the sociocultural effects learning of this language.
The president of Fiji, Ratu Williame Myvalili Katonivere, along with the Union Minister of External Affairs of India, Dr. Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, have together launched this course. This has been stated by NIOS in a press statement.
NIOS was developed under the guidance of the Chairperson of NIOS, Professor Saroj Sharma. This new course, Aarambhika, will prove to be extremely beneficial for all those who are keen to learn this language. This course shall enable all the learners to have a general conversation in Hindi in various given situations and this is also expected that this program will give them a complete glimpse of the nature of Indian culture and ethnographic situations. All these statements have been given by NIOS.

The outcome of this course is expected to be fruitful by allowing more people to learn about the original cultures and traditions of Indian by the means of learning a new language, Hindi. This step taken towards the spread of Indian culture is widely expected to attract more people to India to learn the language. This will ultimately help in the promotion of feelings of unity and integrity, two very major aspects of the Constitution as written in the Preamble, among the people of India.
