DeepTek's latest innovation DeepSpine, provides an AI-powered quantification and analysis tool for lumbar spine MRI studies, assisting radiologists, technologists, orthopaedic surgeons, and physio experts in obtaining objective automated quantification and other lumbar spine documents, adding value to radiology reports and decongesting radiology workflow.

At some point in their lives, up to 80%-85% of the population will experience lower back pain (LBP). It is a major cause of morbidity and disability, and its prevalence is rising as the world's population ages. The American College of Radiologists recommends lumbar spine MRI to rule out potential causes of complicated lower back pain and to determine whether conservative or invasive treatment options should be considered. As a result, the number of lumbar spine MRI studies has increased much faster than the number of trained radiologists who can adequately interpret the MR images in recent decades.

DeepTek has been instrumental in transforming the radiology workflow through the use of artificial intelligence.
