Nesca Homes, a wooden home construction company, intends to construct 10,000 wooden structures in India by 2030. It is India’s first Wood Frame Construction (WFC) company with a single window solution provider of wooden buildings from design to project management and execution, with over 150 resources in Design and Estimation
services.

They have assisted Forestry Innovative Investors, British Columbia, Canada, for their demo projects across India, including the MAK project in Hyderabad, with their expertise in Value Engineering, Estimations, Construction Management in Canadian Pine wood, and technology. It intends to lead Indian home and commercial building towards sustainability by building wooden homes in India.

Expanding footprint in India

Nesca Homes, a subsidiary of Ascent Cad Services with a staff of 120 Structural Designers and for WFC for customers in the United States, Canada, Australia, and other
European countries, is now expanding its footprint in India, expecting better results.

After designing over 65,000 structures in Canada and the United States, the company is emerging as an experienced player in the Indian industry. Its operations in India
have already begun, primarily in the southern cities of Hyderabad, Mysore, and Bangalore. In addition, the company is working on projects in Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh,
and the Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

“Geographical statistics in India show that nearly 54% of the land is vulnerable to earthquakes,” said PL Narayana, Founder and Chairman of Nesca Homes. According to a World Bank and United Nations report, around 200 million city dwellers in India will be vulnerable to storms and earthquakes by 2050. Nesca Homes brings 20 years of design experience, building material understanding, and supply chain assistance to this challenge. Nesca’s goal is to make Indian homes and commercial buildings resistant to unforeseen circumstances. We are India’s first one-stop shop for high-quality wooden home construction, providing design, material supply, construction management, execution, and maintenance, which distinguishes us from the competition.

Currently, the firm is having a total of 120 ongoing projects with 50 eco-friendly houses, 20 proprietary hotspots and 50 villas in Hyderabad and other parts of the country.
