What is MoU?

A memorandum of understanding (MOU) is a written agreement between two parties. It is not a formal agreement, but it does signal the beginning of a business relationship that will likely lead to a legal agreement, such as a contract.

He said that this would increase the farmers' community's income

Dr. S V Kota Reddy, Vice-Chancellor of VIT–AP, praised the ANGRAU team's efforts on behalf of farmers. He also demonstrated his accomplishments in research at VIT-AP. He emphasized the importance of conducting research in a way that satisfies societal demands.

Dr. Sumathi of VIT-AP presented several papers and patents related to agriculture

TARS and VISU, two autonomous ROBOTs constructed by VIT-AP students and faculty, were also discussed. She highlighted agricultural research difficulties that may be handled by using cutting-edge technologies such as Deep Learning, IoT, and drones.
