Tata Consultancy Services has issued an open call for MBA freshers or graduates who are eligible to work for the company in fiscal year 2022-23. The website for interested candidates to apply online has been launched. The last day to apply, however, is still unknown because no deadline has been set.
TCS Management Hiring Program is open to all management graduates who are available to join our workforce in FY 2022-23,” TCS stated on its website.

According to sources, TCS added 28,238 people in the third quarter, including a mix of new engineering graduates and lateral hires, for a total headcount of over 5 lakhs and a diverse workforce of 147
nationalities.
TCS claims to have employed more than 1 lakh people in FY22 and plans to hire more than 40,000 new employees in the first quarter of fiscal year 2023. More than 200,000 women make up 35.6 percent of the workforce at the company, which employs 592,195 people..
Eligibility criteria
According to TCS, candidates applying for the MBS recruitment drive must be at least 18 years old and no older than 28 years old.

Candidates must have a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree before applying for an MBA.
Only students in the 2020, 2021, and 2022 batches are eligible.
Students should not have any outstanding assignments at the time of the selection process.
It is recommended that a total academic gap of no more than two years be avoided. Students must disclose any educational gaps and provide credible justifications backed up by documentation.
