Ideas2IT, a Chennai-based IT firm, has given 100 Maruti Suzuki automobiles to staff in recognition of their “unparalleled” contributions to the company’s success and growth.

“We’re giving 100 cars to our staff, who have been with us for more than ten years.” We have 500 people working for us. “Our philosophy is to give back to the workforce the wealth that we have acquired,” stated Hari Subramanian, Marketing Head of Ideas2IT.
Murali Vivekanandan, Founder and Chairman of Ideas2IT, stated that the employees have put in a lot of effort to improve the company, and that the company does not give them automobiles; they have earned them through their hard work.
“We told each other seven-eight years ago that if we achieved lefty goals, we would share our wealth. The awarding of these automobiles is only the first stage. We intend to launch more similar programmes in the coming future,” Vivekanandan added.
