

The Unique Identification Authority of India, or UIDAI, which issues the 12-digit Aadhaar number to citizens, has collaborated with the National Remote Sensing Centre (NRSC) of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) to launch the Bhuvan Aadhaar portal. The new portal will provide information and locations of Aadhaar centres across India to Aadhaar card holders.
UIDAI, in collaboration with ISRO and the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, has launched the Bhuvan Aadhaar portal, which makes it much easier to find your nearest Aadhaar centre. The portal also allows residents to search for relevant Aadhaar centres by location based on their needs.
In a tweet dated July 15, the Aadhaar-issuing authority said, “UIDAI in its continual efforts to enhance ‘Ease of Living’ for the resident introduces the ‘Bhuvan Aadhaar’ portal facilitating the Geo-Spatial display of Aadhaar centres.”

You can locate your nearest Aadhaar centre in three ways using the Bhuvan Aadhaar portal. These include:

– State-wise Aadhaar Seva Kendra
How to locate nearest Aadhaar centre
When you access the Bhuvan Aadhaar portal via the link https://bhuvan.nrsc.gov.in/aadhaar/, you will see a map of India with circles indicating the number of Aadhaar centres in each area. A menu with four options will appear on the left side of the screen — Centres Nearby, Aadhaar Seva Kendra Search, Pin Cide Search, and State-wise Aadhaar Seva Kendra You can find your nearest Aadhaar centre by clicking on one of these options.
The Ministry of Electronics and IT announced the signing of the MoU between UIDAI and NRSC in a press release dated April 8, this year. “NRSC will develop a Bhuvan-Aadhar portal that will provide information and locations of Aadhaar centres across India.” “The portal also allows residents to search for relevant Aadhaar centres by location based on their needs,” it said at the time.
