Anvi Agrawal of Bhubaneswar is only two and a half years old, yet she has already tried over 30 different painting styles. She holds the global record for the most paintings created by a toddler, at 72.
She met Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik recently and presented him with one of her paintings. The child’s mother was photographed carrying her as she handed off the gift to Patnaik, while her father was shown with the framed “World Book of Records” certificate that she had won.
This little girl started painting when she was nine months old
When she was nine months old, the child began painting. She’s experimented with techniques such as DIY spray painting, bubble painting, human spirography, pendulum, colors on a wheel, magnet, pendulum, reflection art, hair comb texture, and toy recycling. The child’s parents made sure she kept creating pieces even during the coronavirus lockdown when getting art supplies was tough.
Dedication and love for learning
The child’s parents made sure she kept creating pieces even during the coronavirus lockdown when getting art supplies was tough. “It was challenging to keep the youngsters entertained and have them learn at the same time throughout COVID-19,”
“Sourcing material was challenging, but the girl’s dedication and love for learning, as well as a dedicated number of hours each day for several months, paid off when she made records at the age of 2.5 years, and she is now an inspiration for many children.”
