HOW TO REBOOT AND RESTART YOUR LIFE

Every day is a new chapter for everyone. No matter how dark was the night, sun will definitely shine. Is it possible that we can eat our same favorite dish every day? Our reply will be no. Similarly, in life we experience some day joy, sadness, lost, betrayal, health issues and so on. Sometime we stuck in life and difficult to move. Starting over would be difficult sometimes it seems impossible. But life is so beautiful and you deserve the life you want. Here are some whispers which we have to tell ourself to reconsider of our life and get fresh start.

1. ACCEPT YOURSELF AND YOUR CONDITION

Acceptance is the quantum leap for blissful life. you can’t start over in life genuinely unless you don’t accept the situation. Whether be a relationship, job, family, you need to accept what has already happened.

  • Acceptance doesn’t necessarily mean forgiveness or understanding .it just mean you have to accept which is happened, acknowledged it and ready to move from it.
  • There is a huge difference between pain and suffering. You will feel pain when your life isn’t going in the direction which you want you don’t suffer that time. we suffer because we repeatedly dwell in the past memories it’s a choice. When you get hurt acknowledge it, own it and move from it. Don’t ever make it centre point of your life. You have more important task and relationship than suffering for which you can’t change.

2. REMEMBER THAT EVERYTHING HAPPEN FOR A REASON

God has created every creature for a reason. every emotion has its own unique place in our life nothing has meaningless besides the meaning you assign. It’s up to you how to make every event, incident and moment of our life empowering or disempowering.

  • Every failure, hurt and pain have something to deliver you have to listen carefully what life is trying to tell you. we you didn’t selected in any exam which was your dream you feel it’s like end but over the years you feel it happened for a good reason as you are happy and contented in your current career. Believe everything has happened for a good reason.

3. TAKE PAUSE

We all know the meaning of moving on but pause too has immense power. You can’t quit life so instead of getting down when situations are unfavorable take pause. it will give you time rearrange your thoughts, finding the ways to overcome the situation and solution of your problem as it is said that every problem has solution in it itself only thing is you have to find it. if it is required write down your plan where did you went wrong, what was your plan, how you can resolve it. pause give you time to introspect.

4. DON’T ANNOUNCE THAT YOU ARE STARTING OVER.

You don’t need to validate your choice to make change in your life. you don’t need to tell or ask other people. Often when we feel insecure, we consult with other people to feel good. but your life is your life move on and people will grow with you.

  • your next step in life aren’t about anyone else but you. Learn to ignore people who are not helping in grow. Remember that only you need to feel comfortable with your choices and decisions.

5. LOOKING FORWARD

When you start looking forward discover your purpose. finding a purpose is not essentially big purpose like liberation, changing the system or society. Life is only worth living if you are really living. your purpose can be happiness, success and whatever.

Set goals and make decisions. once you have determined your general purpose and life goals decide how you will reach these goals and then make the needed changes.

  • set short term medium term and long term goals for yourself.
  • organize your life. you can’t change your life if you are living in crazy un organized way.

6. GET OVER YOURSELF

You don’t know everything. You make mistakes, it just makes you more knowledgeable about some things. If you are actually interested and keen to know something got for it but if you are doing something for the sake of getting attention, then knock it off. You don’t need to prove anyone.

7. PREPARE FOR MOMENTS OF TURBULANCE

Having moments of turbulence is common whether it is in job or in relationship. We are stumble and vacillate between what is best for us in the future and what is easy now. Ask yourself what gives you contentment, sense of satisfaction in future then only you will be able to continue to this. challenge your NOW and replace it with your vision for your life in the long term.

8. CELEBRATE YOUR LIFE AND KEEP MOVING

Life is always evolving and so should you. Stopping to smell the roses and embrace the moment is one thing and standing still is another thing. Celebrate every single moment and progress in life. All these small pieces are helping you create and realize the new life which you have imagined for yourself. Flowing water give life and stagnant water disease. Be a person who flow with the time. There are always new people, new opportunities and new experiences waiting for you and you should seek them out.
