upGrad Introduces Data Engineering and AI Bootcamps; Packages for learners of Rs 40-60 Lakhs

KnowledgeHut upGrad, a Bangalore-based technology skilling provider and subsidiary of upGrad, has announced the launch of Data Engineering and AI Engineering Bootcamps. It has the competency and depth to provide a comprehensive package that includes all of the tools and technologies required to cover the entire Data Science spectrum. KnowledgeHut will expand its current 40 Data Science courses to more than 100 over the next two to three quarters, ensuring that learners are fully equipped with the tools they need for the future.

AI engineers are leading the charge of technology into the future, and it is currently one of the most in-demand jobs. AI engineers use principles from engineering, computer science, and machine learning to give machines problem-solving abilities. AI engineers develop advanced learning models that are applicable across industries such as manufacturing, finance, and healthcare, to name a few. Similarly, the demand for Data Engineers is increasing. Learners will be paid between Rs 40-60 lakhs per year

Learners who successfully complete the course will be paid between Rs 40-60 lakhs per year, in line with the industry 2.0 vision. LinkedIn’s Emerging Jobs Report ranked data science as the fastest growing segment and has witnessed a growth of over 650% since 2012 and slated to grow to 230.80 billion dollars by 2026.

KnowledgeHut's programmes will be available as part of the bootcamps in flexible online self-paced and blended learning formats for an integrated learning experience. The Data Engineering bootcamp will be divided into two parts. Candidates will learn about cutting-edge tools and technologies such as data warehousing, Linux, Python, SQL, Hadoop, MongoDB, Big Data processing, Big Data security, AWS, and others during the foundation phase. Learners will design and create databases, capture and analyse data, build APIs with CRUD functionality, prepare data models, and so on during the advanced learning phase. 

The courses, like all of Knowledgehut's bootcamps, will help learners strengthen their portfolios by preparing them to handle complex business problems in the data engineering and data science environments. 

The AI Engineering course is designed with a problem-solution approach where learners will gain insights about the deployment of Python Basics, Statistics and Math, Machine Learning and Neural Networks.
