A ‘flying restaurant’ is made in Manali. The newly opened restaurant will not only offer the best dining experience, but will also let us ‘fly’. The restaurant is suspended in the air at a height of more than 160 feet with the help of a crane. It has become an instant hit among the locals and tourists.
First fly dining restaurant in Himachal
There are 12 flying restaurant in the country including the new one in Manali and first in the state Himachal Pradesh.
FlyDining is a unique concept that provides a thrilling dining experience. Appetizers, lunches, dinners, games, events, press conferences you name it and it can be done in the sky. The restaurant has a huge table that has a capacity of 24 guests and 4 staff in one go. Visiters can enjoy their meal at a height of 160 feet above land at a revolving table and witness the scenic beauty of the snow-capped mountains in Manali as they dine.
These folks have earlier added a similar fly dining experience in Goa, Agra, and Noida.
Currently, they have five meal slots. These meals usually last for about 45 minutes, giving enough time to eat, drink, and enjoy the view while you’re at it.
Initiative is started by Daman Kapoor of Mandi
Education Minister Govind Singh Thakur had a lunch in the Manali’s flying restaurant and he enjoyed it. This initiative of making flying dining in Manali is started by Daman Kapoor of Mandi. Govind Singh congratulated Daman for starting this new initiative in the state.
Govind Singh said that it is an adventurous experience and such restaurants will be encouraged in Shimla and Dharamsala too.
