Tata Motors has launched a mini electric truck and has received 39,000 reservations from e-commerce companies



Tata Motors has unveiled the all-new Ace EV, an electric version of the ever-popular Ace, exactly 17 years after it was first introduced to the Indian market. The new Ace EV, a zero-emission, four-wheel small commercial vehicle (SCV), is a green and smart intra-city transportation solution.

The Ace EV is Tata Motors’ first product with the EVOGEN powertrain, which has a certified range of 154 kilometers. According to Tata Motors, it provides a safe, all-weather operation with an advanced battery cooling system and regenerative braking system to extend the driving range.

The new Ace EV provides a complete e-cargo mobility solution

Tata Motors also announced the signing of a strategic Memorandum of Understanding with Amazon, BigBasket, City Link, DOT, Flipkart, LetsTransport, MoEVing, and Yelo EV, among other companies.

This includes delivering 39,000 Ace EVs, establishing dedicated Electric Vehicle Support Centers for maximum fleet uptime, deploying Tata Fleet Edge – the best fleet management solution, and supporting 
Tata UniEVerse, the Tata Group’s enabling eco-system of relevant Tata Group companies.
