PM Modi inaugurated the Prime Minister’s Museum prepared with the information of 15 Prime Ministers of the country. During this, Modi said that from this museum people will be able to know about the country since independence. In his address, Modi said that barring one or two exceptions, we have a tradition of strengthening democracy here. He said that today when the world is engulfed in war crisis, it is looking at us with the eyes of faith.


Museum based on the life of Prime Ministers

From the country’s first Prime Minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru to the current Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the life philosophy of all the Prime Ministers has been collected in detail in this museum built at a cost of about Rs 271 crore. It was approved by the central government in 2018. Which has been prepared in 4 years.

This museum is built on a land of about 10 thousand square meters in the Nehru Museum. The Constitution of India has also been given a place in the Prime Minister’s Museum. The museum will tell the story of post-independence India through the lives and contributions of its prime ministers. It also has enough space for all future prime ministers.

According to the government, this museum will create awareness among the people about all the prime ministers of the country. People will be able to know about his vision. The youth will learn something new by seeing the Prime Minister’s Museum. He will see how these Prime Ministers have added straw after straw for nation building.

Everything need to know about the museum

• The museum, located at Teen Murti Estate in Delhi, will showcase the lives and times and contributions of all 15 Indian Prime Ministers till date.
• The museum also collects information on former prime ministers from their families and digital displays.
• Rare photographs, speeches, video clips, newspapers, interviews and original writings of former prime ministers will be on display here.
• It will sensitize and inspire the younger generation about the leadership, vision and achievements of all Prime Ministers.
• Its creation is inspired by the story of shaping a new India.
