Young entrepreneur

Divyanshi Chitransh, like any other middle-class student, had just wanted to get a nine-to-five job in the future. However, while she was still in school, a business opportunity came up itself. Chitransh, a Class 12 student at the Delhi Government’s School of Excellence (SoE), Khichripur, spends her days implementing marketing tactics for her made-to-order painting company and her evenings finishing her schoolwork. She claims that her demanding schedule has helped her become more productive and has shaped her personality.

Divine Creations by the young entrepreneurs

“I never saw myself in this line of work, yet it combines our love of painting with a lucrative career. I’ve learned a lot while working on my startup,” Diyanshi Chitransh remarked. Chitransh and her business partner Minni founded Divine Creations in Delhi. They have formed their start-up under Delhi Government’s initiative, the ‘Business Blaster’ program.

What is the ‘Business Blaster’ program?

The program is a hands-on component of a school-based entrepreneurial mindset curriculum aimed at developing young entrepreneurs. Business Blasters is a start-up program run by the Delhi government in which students offer business ideas and the government assists them in putting their pitches together.
