Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has launched the TCS BPS Hiring 2022 application portal. Graduates from the sciences, commerce, and arts are eligible to apply for the recruitment drive. Selected candidates will be shortlisted for a 65-minute test, and if they pass, they will be invited to a final interview.
Candidates who pass both the skills exam and the interview will be hired as full-time TCS employees in various fulfilling roles in the Cognitive Business Operations (CBO), Banking and Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI), and Life Sciences sectors.
Important details
TCS would only evaluate candidates who have earned a B.Com, BA, BAF, BBI, BBA, BBM, BMS, BSc-IT/CS/General, BCA, BCS, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm degree.
To be considered, candidates must be in one of the following years of passage (YoP): 2020, 2021, or 2022.
Who is eligible to apply?

Work experience
Candidates with up to three months of work experience are eligible to apply for TCS BPS.
Age limit
Candidates must be from 18 to 28 years of age.
Courses & Discipline
Only graduates with the following degrees will be considered: B.Com, BA, BAF, BBI, BBA, BBM, BMS, BSc-IT/CS/General, BCA, BCS, B.Pharm, and M.Pharm.
Year of passing
Candidates must have received their degrees in one of the following years – 2020, 2021, or 2022 – from a recognized institution or college.
Gaps or Breaks in Education: It is mandatory to declare gaps in education (if any). Also, the overall academic gap should not exceed 24 months until the highest qualification.
