The government implements various schemes and policies in order to make India a self-reliant nation. For the same, the government has announced new industry-friendly policies to help the country's semiconductor and display manufacturing ecosystem development. In order to make India a semi conductor hub the union cabinet has approved a scheme, paving the way for India to become a hub for electronic system design and manufacturing.
