Parag Agrawal became CEO of Twitter after Jack Dorsey announced his resignation. The move obviously took several months. There were rumors that the Twitter bulletin board wanted to replace Jack Dorsey with someone else. The search seems to have ended with an internal candidate in the end. Formerly Twitter's CTO, Parag will take over the role of CEO of the company and take effect immediately.
