During treatment, a cancer sufferer posted about giving a job interview. What he was offered by this CEO?

Many LinkedIn users have reacted positively to a photo that was recently shared. It depicts a man on a hospital bed, seated in front of a laptop computer. The post was written by Arsh Nandan Prasad, a cancer patient from Jharkhand.

The photo was of Prasad appearing for an interview during one of his chemotherapy rounds, according to his post. He talked about how interviewers turned him down because of his health issues.

When you give your all in interviews but are passed over because you are going through a difficult time in your life, it demonstrates how gracious these companies are,” he remarked.

“As the recruiters learn that I’m battling cancer, I see a shift in their demeanor.” I’m not looking for compassion!!

“I’ve come to show you what I’m capable of.”

Nilesh Satpute, the founder and CEO of Applied Cloud Computing, a Maharashtra-based computer firm, immediately offered him a job.

Satpute remarked on Prasad’s tweet, “You are a warrior.”

“During your therapy, please refrain from attending interviews. I double-checked your qualifications, and they’re impressive. You are welcome to join us at any time. There isn’t going to be an interview.

You are an inspiration

Others attempted to cheer him up by sending him positive notes. A US-based CEO told Prasad, “The proper employer will see you for the champion you are, seeking opportunity among your battle.”

“Wishing you the best of luck; I wish you a rapid recovery and that you find the ideal fit for your skills and energy.”Another person offered her own story about her ordeal. “I went through the same thing during my cancer treatment,” she explained.

“Everyone would feel exhausted and doubtful.” I began to distrust myself

But it’s only a matter of time before it happens. You are amazing for accomplishing this. And so, so powerful. There will be individuals who notice you, your ability, and your talent.”

Many people begged Prasad to keep going

A LinkedIn user said, “You are an inspiration.” “I understand how exhausting chemotherapy sessions maybe. With my wife, I see it on a regular basis. Don’t give up; you’ve got an army of supporters on LinkedIn!
“You’ve got it.”
