Sheena expressed her happiness
Sheena, a mother of two, expressed her joy at receiving the licence and being a part of history. “I am happy, but I am also concerned and excited at the same time.” As everyone knows, the Pooram fireworks display is one-of-a-kind and massive. We believe that this year’s display will be a mind-blowing experience for everyone
Fireworks business her family profession
Suresh, Sheena’s husband, and his paternal family have been in the fireworks business for generations. “We have been associated with Thrissur Pooram since the time of my grandfather.” Except in 2013, when I worked with my father to create fireworks for Thiruvambady Devaswom. “It was a proud moment for me when Sheena received the licence for the fireworks display this time,” Suresh said
Sheena has been assisting Suresh in the production of fireworks since their marriage 20 years ago. Sheena has been collaborating with Suresh and labourers for the fireworks display, from making palm crackers to preparing moulds for items .
