What will be on display at this Bhart Bhagya Vidhata event?

This event will include a variety of thematic cultural fusions that will highlight the country’s history and diversity in heritage, art, gastronomy, and culture, among other things.
In an unprecedented way, this event will also highlight the nation’s customs and culture. The goal of this event is to familiarise the globe with India-centric values that can be applied globally. Visitors, particularly young people, will be able to draw parallels between the country’s current progress and its historical glory.

What are the plans for the programmes?

On the external walls of the monument, a projection map depicting the country’s history has been set up. An exhibition highlighting India’s achievements over the years has been organised. Other cultural events will promote the country’s regional cuisines, arts, and craftsmanship. To project India’s oneness in diversity, songs and dance performances are also being staged.

Visitors may expect a diverse cultural experience during the Festival, which is part of the government’s Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav to commemorate 75 years of Indian independence. Among the highlights will be a projection mapping show on India’s history on the monument’s exterior walls, an exhibition of the country’s achievements over the years, a slew of cultural programmes highlighting the grandeur of the
country’s vibrant arts and craftsmanship, a culinary explosion of regional cuisines, and specially song and dance performances that pay homage to the country’s unity in diversity. It is intended to be an annual event that promotes themes such as the independence struggle, ideals, resolve, and accomplishments at 75 and beyond.
