CHHATTISGARH BUDGET OF 1.04 LAKH CRORE BASED ON: SAB PADHE, SAB BADHE , SAB GADHEN MODAL




HIGHLIGHTS:

  • The old pension scheme has been reinstated.
  • Apart from this, the fund of MLAs has been increased from Rs 2 crore to Rs 4 crore.
  • In the examinations of Vyapam, it was announced to waive the examination fee of the local candidates of the state.
  • Provision of 6 thousand crores for Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana.
  • Formation of Rajiv Yuva Mitan Club to increase participation in the development of the state by organizing youth power.
  • A provision of 75 crores for the formation of 11 thousand 664 in rural areas and 1 thousand 605 Rajiv Yuva Mitan Club in urban areas.

Money should reach the hands of the general public, this is the Chhattisgarh model. There will be money in the pocket of the common man, business will run, and industries will also function properly . In such a situation, the whole economy will pick up pace.

On 09th March 2022 , Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel presented a budget of Rs. 1,04,603 crores. In terms of scale, this is the largest budget ever. It concentrates on job prospects in rural areas. Plans to give wings to the hopes of the youth have been integrated with local development schemes. The old pension programme has also been reinstated in this budget, however it will not apply to IAS-IPS officers.

CM Bhupesh Baghel’s Statement

During a news conference, CM Bhupesh Baghel stated that the old pension scheme has been implemented for all state cadre officers and employees. Officers in the All India Service will not be eligible for this. For them, the central government will have to develop a comparable mechanism.

Viewing the budget in every sense, it can be said the budget of living for the people, as the old pension, competitor fees were waived, and homes to the needy are all preserved. Do you know what this budget has in store for farmers, youth, women, and others?

What’s for me in CG budget if I am a farmer?

Many announcements were made for farmers in this budget because the state is dominated by farmers. CM Baghel began his budget address by making announcements for farmers. The beneficiaries of the landless labourer justice plan would now receive Rs 7000 per year, according to the budget speech. In his budget speech, CM Baghel stated that the current administration has waived 17.96 lakh farmers’ loans worth 8744 crores in the first year alone. Paddy was bought at a cost of Rs 2500 per quintal. A bonus of 6022 crore was also paid to 15.77 lakh farmers for the paddy harvested in Kharif 2018.

What’s for me in the budget as a youth?

Native youth appearing in competitive examinations will not have to pay fees. Waived the examination fees of all competitive examinations conducted by Vyapam and Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission. Along with this, 12 to 15 lakh youth will be connected through Rajgar Mission.

I am a woman what’s for me in the budget ?

The old outstanding loan of 12 crore 77 lakh women self help groups were waived. The amount of first loan will be increased from 50 thousand to 1 lakh to 2 lakh and on the return of the first loan, the loan will be available again from 2 lakh to 4 lakh.

What’s in it for me as an employee?

Those who got government jobs after 2004 in the state will now get old pension. The old pension scheme will be applicable in place of NPS. State officers and employees will get benefits. Honorarium to government lawyers increased from next year.

What’s in it for me if I’m poor?

The poor will have their own roof, the government will spend Rs 1250 crore. Last year Rs 762 crore was spent under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana for poor families. Mor Zameen Mor Makan & Mor Maken Mor Chinhari Yojana will also be implemented.

For the City area

Drinking water and mobile ambulance Daai Didi clinic will reach every home . 48 lakh 60 thousand families will get clean water through domestic tap connections. Mobile Ambulance Daai Didi Clinic will also be available in each area. With this, a large population of rural and urban areas will get shelter and getting clean water will improve health of the state .
