Dry Fruits are the best source of keeping oneself warm and at the same time satisfying the cravings throughout the winters.  Loaded with rich nutrients, vitamins and minerals, Dry fruits serve as a great source of energy boosters as even soldiers carry dry fruits along with them to the war. A small amount gives them ample energy to fight long and tiring battles.
